Here is the finished colored piece for the Okami contest [link]
i became really kind of lazy and didnt shade each individaul scale....i didnt know if it would look good with each individual one shaded or not so i just didnt do it lol XD i still think it turned out really good! tell me what you guys think and tips and critiques are appriciated!!! thanks!
